Got a busy week for you all.. Training starts this week 6-7.30pm Standup, Takedown & Groundwork Techniques. Thai Tues & Thursday. Andys Conditioning class Wed 6-7pm MMA 7-late :: Fridays No-gi 5-6pm & 6-7.30pm :: & Finish off the week with some MMA Sparring on Saturday 1-2pm. See you all on the Mat Guys.. Pete
